Chef Ciro Formisano, owner and chef of the family-friendly Mamma Mia Italian Bistro in Apex is bringing his sought-after authentic Italian food to Holly Springs. Mamma Mia will open their second location on first level of The Block on Main. With Chef Ciro heading up the menu creation, Holly Springs residents can look forward to true Italian favorites and an Italian Bistro feel. Offerings will include pizza, traditional Italian dinner items, homemade gelato, espresso bar, and out of this world desserts. Take-out menu will also available.

Prana Yoga will offer an array of classes including vinyasa flow yoga, restorative yoga, yoga for fertility, meditation, and kids yoga. Various workshops will be offered at the studio as well.  Prana Yoga will feature a storefront boutique that will sell yoga apparel, mats, and props, Stay tuned for membership information.

Studio 557 is more than just a studio, it is a community that supports the creative entrepreneur. The blank canvas studio area features close to 1000 square feet of wide open space. The wall to wall windows flood the studio with natural light from floor to ceiling. This dual space also features a Community Workroom with coworking aimed to feed the creative soul. Bếp - Vietnamese Kitchen is a locally owned restaurant that offers a vibrant dining ambience serving authentic Vietnamese Street Delights. They are family owned and have roots here in Holly Springs and a rich history in Vietnam as well.  Bếp, is “kitchen” in Vietnamese and symbolizes the family’s love of creating unique and delicious recipes to share with the community in honor of their mother.

Coworking Station is offering a new way to work! Coworking Station offers private offices and flexible workspace as a one-stop shop to do business. Memberships include high speed internet, utlities, printing, coffee and even beer on tap. Coworking Station is located on the second floor of The Block on Main.

Headquartered in Holly Springs, Rendering House provides builders, architects, developers and real estate agencies with renderings, virtual tours and interactive design software. Their growing staff of 60+ graphic artists, computer modelers and software developers will add more diversity to the exciting mix of Block tenants.

Owners Rachel Dahler and Ali Stocks will be fulfilling a lifelong dream and bringing a one-of-a-kind, children's clothing boutique to Holly Springs. Peek-A-Boo Grins will offer smocked clothing, monogrammable pieces, fun appliques and seasonal wear.  


JT's Creamery is bringing homemade ice cream to Holly Springs featuring fresh, local ingredients.  Choose from a variety of delicious flavors including dairy free and vegan options.  The business is a family affair with Mom Wendy managing the operations and son Josh working the front of the house and serving out giant scoops of mouthwatering goodness.


Beau Monde Salon Suites is a locally owned boutique salon suite concept - the first of its kind in Holly Springs. Their professional + upscale salon will feature 17 single and double bright and airy suites with plenty of windows and abundant natural light.
