FLOORPLANS

First Floor on the Block features an exciting mix of restaurants and retail. It's fronted by three streets: Main Street, Rogers Street and Avent Ferry Road. In the rear courtyard there are about 80 well-lit free public parking spaces and even an underground parking garage directly below the Main Street tenants.  There is also street-level parking along Rogers and Avent Ferry and a two-level free parking deck across Rogers Street.

Coming down from the corner of Main and Rogers is a 150-seat outdoor amphitheater and plaza.  This is a perfect gathering place for year-around events. A 3-story atrium lobby connects the plaza to the courtyard parking. Two elevators and stairs provide quick access to top floors. A colorful walled alley way passes by various shops and connects the Plaza to Avent Ferry Rd.

Avent Ferry Rd. parallels Main Street and both lead to Highway 55 and the new Rex Hospital - only a 1/4 mile away.

Second Floor on the Block features a mix of retail and restaurants on ground-level Main Street (parking garage beneath) and nearly 11K sf of CoWorking Office space. This tenant mix will provide a hundreds of employee and customer traffic daily.

A large lit "The Block on Main" marquee sign, street lamps, and the corner amphitheater will highlight "The Block" as a must see destination for Downtown visitors.

Third Floor on the Block features a 7K sf Rooftop Restaurant/Bar with both indoor and outdoor patio space serviced by a winding staircase and elevator in our 3-story glass atrium. The remaining 11K sf will be occupied by over 100 office workers.
