First Floor on the Block features an exciting mix of restaurants and retail. It's fronted by three streets: Main Street, Rogers Street and Avent Ferry Road. In the rear courtyard there are about 80 well-lit free public parking spaces and even an underground parking garage directly below the Main Street tenants. There is also street-level parking along Rogers and Avent Ferry and a two-level free parking deck across Rogers Street.
